  • Full payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.



4. Order Acceptance

5. Delivery & Shipping


  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by transport agencies, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.



6. Returns & Warranty


  • Returns will be accepted only as per company return policy.
  • Claims for shortages, damages, or wrong parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Warranty on products shall be governed by Mahindra's warranty policies.
